I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Highway Glory, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The hotel's modern amenities, elegant decor, and impeccable service made for a truly unforgettable experience.

The real stars of the show, however, were the exceptional staff members who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Satya, the steward, deserves special mention for his outstanding service. His warm smile and attentive nature made us feel right at home. He expertly recommended the perfect finger-licking starters to complement our beers, and his suggestions did not disappoint!

Another standout staff member was Dhamasheel, who served us with utmost professionalism and courtesy. His promptness and attention to detail ensured that our every need was met.

The food at Hotel Highway Glory was simply divine, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. The ambiance was lively and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.

Will I Return?

Absolutely! I'm already looking forward to...

New Highway Glory.The parking space for the restaurant is located behind the restaurant. It will save you a lot of time and effort if you turn left in the lane where the billboard for New Highway Glory is located. There is an inconspicuous smallish steel door to enter the restaurant premise For a restaurant the property is vast. Open area seating, combined with covered open-air seating is three to four times larger than the restaurant dining hall itself.We had gone fairly early for a lunch on a working day so except for our group there were no other customers.  Considering we were early only customers time taken for the starters to arrive was not too hot. The saving grace was the waiter who was very attentive, we being the only customers. For starters, we had ordered potato chips and harabhara. Harabhara was good. Potato chips like any other.For the main course, we had ordered mutton Roganjosh, egg curry and dal tadka. Atta nans, atta phulka and atta tandoor roti were also ordered. The food was tasty and not too spicy. Maybe because we had specifically instructed the waiter that the dishes should not be too spicy( chilly-wise hot). What the dishes gained in being tasty was all lost as they were too oily. There was just TOO much oil. Dal tadka was the only dish with reasonable oil.All in all, it was satisfactory. Worth a second visit only if you do not mind too oily...

Very nice open air seating. All the waiters were sporting a santa hat and the atmosphere was festive! They had nice soothing instrumental music playing in the background

They took forever to set the tables and had to be requested (pleaded?) to take the order

They served a complimentary cake, which looked ok for Dec 25 and some cereals, which was weird.

It took them over half an hour to bring the starters and it did not help that they don't have any munchings (cheeslings, peanuts ...) that is readily available and goes well with the drinks

Food was tasty. We ordered Murg Tika and Veg Tandoori Kabab and they did not disappoint. The Captain recommended Veg Keema Kasturi for the main course and it was a good choice. Adequate spices but not too hot.

In the end, they appeared keen on getting rid of us quickly and that left a bad taste in our mouth. Maybe they were busy with so many other patrons waiting outside. But still, they need to treat us, the early birds who got the seats, properly

Overall good experience that deserves 4 stars but not 5. We will come...
