Disappointing, Unsatisfactory and Overpriced Experience

I recently visited Nirvana Restaurant with my family and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most underwhelming dining experiences I’ve ever had. Despite its premium pricing, the restaurant failed to deliver on every front.

Ambiance: There’s absolutely no ambiance to speak of. The space felt cold and uninspired, with no attention to detail in the decor or atmosphere. For the prices they charge, I expected at least some effort to create a welcoming or enjoyable setting, but it felt more like a generic cafeteria than a fine dining establishment.

Food: The food was thoroughly average, with nothing that stood out in taste or presentation. While the menu promised enticing options, the execution left much to be desired. Portions were small, flavors were bland, and the overall quality didn’t justify the exorbitant prices.

Service: The staff lacked professionalism and seemed disorganized throughout the evening. We had to wait far too long to place our order, and when the food finally arrived, it came with mistakes that weren’t addressed properly. The manager’s dismissive attitude only added to the frustration. It felt like they were doing us a favor by serving us instead of making us feel like valued customers.

Value for Money: Overpriced is an understatement. I wouldn’t mind paying for quality, but this restaurant offers neither the food nor the experience to justify its steep prices.

Overall: If you’re looking for a place to splurge and enjoy, Nirvana Restaurant is definitely not it. Earlier Nirvana was one of better restaurent in terms of taste and service on amravati road but now it has all changed.

We have visited this Sunday for birthday dinner and we have got worst experiance ever in food and service. Only Ambience is okay.

We have ordered kadhai paneer , paneer kolhapuri , Garlic Naan , tandoori roti and paneer tikka. Taste was too bad as paneer are kept on curry just like as topping no mixed with masala and you cannot identify which was kadhai paneer and paneer kolhapuri. Kolhapuri wasn't spicey. Garlic Naan burnt from corner and no essence of garlic.

Service was poor. They served 2 masala Papad in single plate how they can't understand this little thing?? Only Ambience is well kept but they should have to look on taste and service.

Prices are high as per the taste. I will say not recommended if you are looking for taste of food.

We have visited this place 3rd time. 1st time it was really good and 2nd time it was bad. This time we had planned to visit Veera da dhaba but it was under construction so we don't have any other option to sit in Nirvana and...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nirvana, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience! The moment I stepped in, I was struck by the cozy garden setting and the warm ambiance. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure our every need was met.

But the real star of the show was the food - oh, the food! We ordered a variety of dishes, and each one was more delicious than the last. The Tangdi Kabab was tender and flavorful, the Butter Chicken was rich and creamy, and the Bhuna Mutton was spicy and perfectly cooked. And don't even get me started on the Dahi ke Kabab - it was a revelation!
