Ideal Restaurant — Restaurant in Nagpur

My recent visit to Ideal Restaurant was nothing short of frustrating. I had to wait over 40 minutes for my order, and during that entire time, the staff showed absolutely no sense of urgency or professionalism. What’s worse is that no one even bothered to offer an apology or explanation for the delay.

The service was downright careless and disrespectful. It felt like the staff didn’t care at all about the customers or their experience. A restaurant that doesn’t value its guests’ time is not worth visiting.

I will definitely not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before dining here. Poor service, poor attitude – totally...
