I recently visited a Pizza Hut outlet and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional, lacking basic customer service etiquette. The service was incredibly slow, making the dining experience frustrating.

To make matters worse, the quality of the food has significantly declined compared to my previous visits. The pizza tasted far worse than before, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the air conditioning was abruptly turned off during our visit. When we politely requested to have it turned back on, our request was denied without any valid reason.

Overall, the poor service, declining food quality, and uncomfortable dining environment made this visit highly unsatisfactory. I hope Pizza Hut takes serious action to improve its customer service and maintain the food standards that once made it a...

Pizza Hut is one of my favourite pizza outlet. But this outlet gives me unsatisfied results everytime.The outlet is not ventilated and customer service is very bad there . And Today the act I saw is ridiculous😡. I ordered 3 classic corn pizza through app with a discount coupon. After a couple of time , one of the staff member has said that your order is not registered but I have done the payment and the money has been debited from my account. I have to order again with a new payment. Since waiting for my refund also but not got a single penny.

Is this type of services are offered by Pizza Hut-poor ventilation, unsatisfied customer service and mismanagements in payments and ordering?😞☹️This is not expected by Pizza Hut.You should take some action against this particular...

So the place is the worst if you're considering "dine-in" service, they have their AC's switched off always i don't know why it's there... Moreover if asked they'll give excuse that it automatically turns off or would say that they would've to ask their "MAM". No proper stock of colddrinks... You've to change your choice as per the availability.... Very poor service don't even reply to your queries.

The counter is almost empty with every worker engaged in their own world inside. Evening services are somewhat okay but the people who have morning shift nearly gives you a mental trauma.

Without AC it's too suffocating that you need to leave your food and run out for your life.... Talking with experience
