Jack & Jill — Restaurant in Nagpur

We went this place for the very 1st time and had very disgusting experience... I don't know what's the problem of the staff..? But the manager was behaving like he is the owner of the restaurant and one of the waiter was behaving so rude with us ....as we don't like the food and complained the waiter to exchange the starter but in return he said ( iska aisahi taste aata h sir 10 baar hum change nahi kr sakte hai ) ..like seriously 😑..we only tell him to exchange it for once and next time in main course the waiter bring a wrong order and said ( paneer tikka masala meetha hi aata h ) and lastly they don't even have desert except gulab jamun and icecream......my dad even gave the staff tip but they didn't appreciate and I really don't like the behaviour, so from now I will never visit this place for sure and will never ...

I would have given zero stars if it was allowed. I visited twice and this place never fails to be a pathetic one. First time I thought may be this is due to over crowded time but when I visited second time almost after 10-11 months it’s the same . I ordered starter , brownie for my kid and main course and they waited me almost 1.5 hrs for main course and when I asked they said the order was not sent to the kitchen. When i asked the staff, who took order is probably handling 3-4 table didn’t even thought of asking once in that 1.5 hrs for my order if he forgot that he already took one. I was having my family and my mother was like what’s wrong here with our order . Seriously a big disappointment for the careless staff. Don’t recommend anyone to visit...

Jack and Jill kadvi chowk was recommended by one of the best food blogger of Nagpur, Mr Shoeb Meman. We went there for my Husband's birthday dinner, we were 10pax, ambience is jungle based.
