Lemongrass tea- 1/5 Bun maska- 0.5/5 Onion Pakoda - 4/5

I ordered LEMONGRASS + GINGER TEA but the tea had none of the flavours. Couldn't taste both. It was plain tea and wasn't even smoking hot. When the tea was served it didn't have the smoke from hot tea and also a layer of cream had already formed hinting that it was served late. They took more than 20 minutes to serve ONE cup of tea.

Bun Maska was ridiculous. The bun was literally hard and DENSE. I am amazed how the owners could approve such BUNS for bun Maska because this isn't the standard. The bun isn't the one that is used for Bun Maska, it has tootti frooti in it. I ate only a piece out of it and sent back the rest. How could a PREMIUM chai cafe serve such mediocre tea and bun Maska? Like you only had one job..and the restaurant sucked at it big time.

The only saving grace was ONION PAKODA. It was good. The interior is good. Menu is good. But the tea is BAD. You get such mediocre tea at tea kiosks.
