Mini Punjab — Restaurant in Nagpur

Visited this place for lunch last week while in Nagpur. Let's start with the entrance, the place is highly unkept. The outside sitting area looked fine for snacks and grab away's but we decided to sit inside for lunch which was a bad decision in first place. Note - If you walk into a restaurant and get a red flag at first, trust it and leave the place. Food: Tried burger and fried rice. Burger was decent. Fried rice was a nightmare as it was overly soaked in soya sauce. Had to force eat tomato sauce to finish eating. Now the important part: Billing: There are couple of issues, overpriced menu card and not filing GST. Packaged drinking water priced at Rs.20 is sold at Rs.40 here. Upon asking the reason given was the it was printed in the menu card. I understand the logic when I order the overpriced Fried rice and burger but for a packaged water? without refrigerating? They had the audacity to double the MRP just because it was printed in a paper. So before opening the bottle of water, check if they have changed the MRP to Rs.100 next time. After failed attempts to justify the action, the manager changed the bill and came with a new bill. Which leads to problem 2! GST - When enquired the staff said the price is inclusive of GST and they give a bill with GST number. But guess what, no filing has happened since 2022. Not sure how and why they continue to do this.

When enquired, I got to know it USED to be a good place and now it is not. So, visiting next time only if there are no other shops available in the area, which I hope will not be true. Not recommended. Truly...

Worestet ever experience the whole staff is pathetic .Here is what happened, the Zomato vallets position on map was showing constant he was not moving at all and my order was showing slightly delayed (15-20 mins) , ok not a problem so I called the restaurant a male picked up my call I asked why is my order delayed bhaiya ye abhi 2-3 baar slho chukha hai plus this is not the rush hour , he replied what's your order I told 2 combos and biryani he said MAAM HUMARE PASS ABHI KOI PENDING ORDER NAHI HAI AAPKA ORDER HUMNE 15 MINS PHELE HI ZOMATO VALLET KO DELIVER KIYA and I was like what so I called the Zomato vallet to ask where he is and is his location constant n not moving he said MAAM my vehicle got puncture n I have not picked ap your order and I shouted him that the restaurant told me you already have picked up my order he was like no ma'am once I'll reach the restaurant I'll give u a call that I picked up the order I said ok Then I called the restaurant n shouted on them that coz of you guys I shouted on that innocent Zomato vallet and guess what their answer was they said firstly that the did not tell me that they delivered my order and then the lady takes charge and say we did not receive your call you did not called You...

Will not recommend to anyone, got worst experience for twice in a year. Second time I thought, that they may have change their attitude towards customer but I was wrong. Restaurant use 2 different types of menu cards having different prices. Though I asked them earlier that I saw a different menu card online. But the manager refused and says that currently we are using this menu card, but after having food I got an exagerated food bill and they urgued us on that . They said that, Though you ordered normal biryani and chicken tikka which was the only option in that category in menu card but we have provided you according to older menu which is costly. So you have to pay the bill as we say. Earlier on 1 st time an year before, I visit with 8 people, they served us stale food and we left that food which was barely served and tasted but still they din’t agree that they did somthing wrong to their customer, we were abide to pay the whole bill unwillingly.
