Hotel Maitrayee — Hotel in Nagpur

Hotel location is awesome at shankar nagar, prime location. Rooms are also quite awesome. But very negative thing about this hotel is it's parking space, which is located next to hotel in vacant plot, full of dirt and mud. And secondly, lack of service staffs and house-keeping as well as restuarant services which is closed all the time. Reception manager and madam and one senior spects wearing uncle, will tell you during check-in that you will get buffet breakfast and restuarant services. And once you checkes in to hotel, their reaturants are closed all the time. And no room service staff is available. Same reception uncle will give you room service of only water bottles and that also after lots of phone call to reception.

Nice & cozy little property in the heart of the city (Nagpur). Very close to the LAD metro station.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have nice pictures on the walls. Air conditioning, hot water, coffee maker ... everything was perfect.

Service can definitely improve. Found the staff to be polite and responsive. However they need to plan the things better. Our room was not made when we checked in and they had to repeatedly apologize for the inconvenience.

Breakfast (which is outsourced) was not ready until 9am and again the hotel staff was helpless. But the food was tasty and we enjoyed it even if it was served very late.

Rooms are small, ac was not working initially. They don't have restaurant, if you order food they will deliver to your tiny room

Edit After seeing the reply from owner: May be you have bigger room, but When I pay Rs 2747/- for only room( without food ) I expect much bigger room We waited for 2+ hour(probably 3 hour) before we reported the problem with AC.
