Ambiance: 3/5 Very nice ambiance. The interior architecture is impressively done, creating a cozy ambiance that's perfect for a morning pick-me-up.

Food: 3/5 Its delicious. I ordered Breakfast platter veg and one egg dish and both were delicious.

Taste: 3.5/5 You will like it

Value for Money: 4/5 I feel in competition to many cafes the pricing is very reasonable and quantity of food served also justifies it.

Service: 4/5 Very nice service.

Other Important points for my viewers: Parking Facility is available but valet parking is not available. 4 wheeler parking might be little difficult.

Not sure about the Smoking area.

To be honest I've been regular customer here. I wanted to use the washroom, and I have had many times before, but, today a staff female said there's some work going on and I can't use washroom, but when other customers were using washroom she didn't say anything. When I asked again "are you sure I can't use washroom cause I've seen other coustomer using washroom?" She said with an eye roll 😒vo sirf staff ke liye hai coustomers ke liye nahi hai. Aap use nahi kar sakte. How does this make sense? If any coustomer specially female has an emergency and needs to go washroom, you can't just say lie that "kaam chal Raha hai vaha" and then say other thing just few minutes later. I controlled my loo, but , really? We even talked to the owner on call but all they did is just defend the girl member of staff. Really? I've been a regular coustomer and this is the kind of response you give to people who have genuinely rated you 5 star before, wrote a beautiful review, never treats staff badly or think they are beneath. I "was" super chill coustomer untill now, eating, drinking coffee and minding my own business. But I'm highly disappointed today. With growth, this is how you treat coustomer who visit amost regularly? Was expecting a helpful response from owner on the call but sadly disappointed as he only was completely defensive about the girl staff who actually was being rude. Last December, I had the pleasure of visiting Cafe Seven O'Eleven in Nagpur, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment my group arrived, we were tended to immediately, and the service was top-notch throughout our visit. The cafe was thoughtfully decorated with bright colors and tasteful lighting.

One thing that stood out to me was the cafe's freshly brewed coffee. It was some of the best I've had in a while, and it perfectly complemented the delicious egg specialties and popcorn chicken that I ordered. The other members of my group tried some of Cafe Seven O'Eleven's specialties like the Bun Maska, Chole kulcha, and Chicken Lasagna, and they were equally impressed.

What really impressed me about the cafe was how well they handled our large group. Despite our size, the staff made us feel welcome and accommodated us with ease.
