Hi there , Today we ordered some food & drinks at lush house , bajaj nagar .

Firstly the pizza we ordered was literally burnt , and we informed the staff there and they were not ready to accept that it was burnt, even the food quality was below average .

Coffee was served by them , we asked the staff for some ice cubes for it , one of the staff members literally just used their bare hands to add it to the coffee glass , and we were asking them that we would add that on our own , please dont add it by your bare hands . But they were just not stopping .

Then we complained about that to another staff about that , he started giving reasons about that and convincing us that its totally hygienic.

We asked the staff to replace it by a new one or just cancel the order , they even refused for that also . They started telling that we dont replace any item neither we cancel it .

They were not ready to listen for anything , after being their own fault .

It was worst experience we had today . In terms of hygiene , food quality & staff behaviour .
