I recently visited this restaurant and was genuinely impressed with the quality of the food. Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and served in satisfying portions. Worst experience. They didn't gave us entry cause we were 3 people even though there were empty unreserved tables. We proceeded to the second floor, only to be rudely told to leave by your staff because our group was 'too small.' It was a humiliating experience, especially since I was with my parents.

Instead of offering an apology, you're questioning the details of my visit. It would be more constructive to address the conduct of your team. A manager, wearing glasses and a pink shirt, stood by silently while we were subjected to derogatory remarks by someone who appeared to be either your waiter or chef.

Food is pathetic, order delivery was late, when complained to owner, Owner critisized and my family that there is no fault in food and there was no late delivery of food, Owner alleged that I was drunk though i had gone with Family, and also misbehaved with my family . Owner didnt know how to speak with the customer when complaining about food. When my wife came in between to calm the owner ,the owner misbehaved with my family and my kids were in fear for owner misbehavior and his illetrate activity , When my wife gave card to debit the food amoumt ,he argued and misbehaved with my wife and also used foul languages.
