This is another frenchise outlet opened near manewada square from tic-toc chai. They served Mostly all types of tea's with breakfast and brunch items like sandwiches , Maggi , Shakes , coffe etc. They have created good ambience almost all outlets and same with this outlet as well. Mostly all items you will get below 70rs with good taste and budget freindly. My experience was great in terms of every item. Must visit place with Freinds. If you love to meet up with friends with chai and other brunch items in budget then this place is must visit for you.

We had bun maska, chai and maggie. Their menu had bun maska and irani bun maska, when asked the difference they said it is basically the same but we still wanted to try it and boy do we regret that !!!! The first bite i had of that irani bun maska, i tasted CHAAT MASALA, a lot of it ! Who puts chaat masala in bun maska ? On top of that, it was a sweet cherry bun ! After complaining they changed it with "Normal" bun maska and it was nothing but a burger bun tossed in butter ! I love bun maska and they have ruined it for me !!! Will NEVER visit again and please learn how to cook what's in your own menu ! Do not experiment with customers.
