ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE — DOMINO’S, CHHAWLA GURGAON ROAD (NAJAFGARH)

I’m shocked and disgusted by what happened tonight. I placed an order at 12:27 AM for a pizza for myself, my mother, and my brother. It was delivered around 12:50 AM, and just two bites in, all three of us noticed a rotten, foul smell coming from the pizza. It was evident that expired or spoiled ingredients were used.

I immediately tried reaching Domino’s customer support — and to my surprise, there was ZERO RESPONSE. No one available via chat, call, or app. I even tried calling the delivery guy multiple times — no answer. The store number was also ignored repeatedly.

Desperate and still hungry, I placed another COD order at 1:00 AM just to get a callback. When the store finally responded, I explained the situation in detail. The store guy denied a replacement outright, but after some argument, agreed to send one 45 minutes later.

When the second pizza arrived, I handed back the spoiled one — and the delivery guy had the audacity to say, “Isme se to khaa rakha hai”. My mom politely explained that three people took just a bite each before realizing it was inedible. Instead of understanding, he began MISBEHAVING and talking in an extremely rude tone.

That was the final straw. I returned the new pizza, saying we no longer needed it. And what did the delivery guy do? He threw the pizza on the road and stormed off like a goon.

This is shameful and unworthy of a brand like Domino’s.

Expired ingredients No support available at all Store staff completely unprofessional and disrespectful Delivery guy behaving like a street thug If this is the kind of staff Domino’s is hiring and the kind of quality they’re serving at midnight, it's a serious health hazard and a customer service disaster.

If I do not receive a response and strict action immediately, I will be forwarding call recordings, details, and evidence to FSSAI and consumer complaint authorities — and posting this across all public and legal platforms.

Earlier the staff used to be friendly and helpful but now since the very starting of 2018 the staff reaction towards the customers degraded as well as the quality of pizza. When I raised the issue about quality of pizza served to me they brushed me saying that's how we made it (The pizza I ordered was double cheese plus I paid extra more for some more cheese but what I got it regular cheese pizza). When I asked them tp call the manager they didn't listened and in the end I have to leave without meeting the manager and with the worst Domino's Pizza I ever had 👎👎👎👎 Edit :- On the opposite side of the road, Pizza Hut has finally opened it's Outlet and you can clearly see both Domino's and Pizza Hut facing each other. I'm quite intrigued to see how this rivalry between Domino's and Pizza Hut come out. This is going to be Epic. Being adjacent to each other, and being both reputable Chain of International Brand, customers and specially Pizza lovers like me going to find it quite hard to choose between these two rivals facing each other. I have the opportunity to visit the Pizza Hut outlet before the Grand Opening and I indeed quite like the feel and ambience. Let's see what the future hold and let the rivalry start now 😃😁😂

I am writing to express my disappointment with the pizza that I recently ordered from your store as well as the unhinged service provided by your store. Despite the high expectations that I had for your establishment, the pizza that I received was unhinged and of poor quality. Furthermore, The store staff was also unhelpful and unprofessional, making the overall experience quite unpleasant.

Firstly, the crust was not cooked properly and was soggy and unappetizing. The toppings were also not distributed evenly, making some slices almost bare while others were overloaded. Additionally, the cheese was not melted properly and had a rubbery texture.

Furthermore, the taste of the pizza was bland and lacked any real flavor. It was clear that the ingredients used were not of high quality, and the sauce was not fresh.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the pizza that I received and the unhinged service provided by the store staff and am requesting a refund for my purchase. I hope that in the future, your establishment will take steps to improve the quality of its pizza, provide better customer service, and ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
