Hi friends, BON VIVANT name looks like an english restaurant which may be very expensive. I will rate this place on the following points:
Location Parking Type of meals offered Cleanliness Staff atticates Taste Quantity Service
locatIon of this place is very prominent and easily recognisable as it is near the signal at dongre vasti gruh. You can always drop in when you get late while shopping at college road.
Parking is little disappointing as During the peak hours the place for parking is not available and you have to park your vehicle on the other side of the road on tour own risk. So be careful while parking. This I want to bring I. The notice of the management that the parking facilities should be enhanced to give a hassle free visit to the customers.
Vast variety of indian foods are available. Maharashtra, punjabi/ north indian, chinese, south indian both in veg and nonveg options. The restaurant is veg and nonveg both but the swati g and kitchens are separate including cutlery. So the pure veg guests can also enjoy food with out worry. Apart from food you can also enjoy various types of cakes pastries, juices and very tasty paan.
Well maintained place and thorough cleanliness is maintained.
Well trained staff available for service and help you by suggesting best dishes available that day. Staff is well aware of their work.
The dishes gives an experience of the authentic taste of traditional dishes. Also good is not getting heavy on your stomach. You should try the banner preparations of this place. The taste is awesome. Buffet options are also good and value for money.
Quantity of dishes are sufficient. For example a paneer sabji can suffice for 2 adults and 2 children of around 10 years each.
Service is prompt and good. After ordering the takes around 15 to 20 min to serve which is acceptable...

Service is slow and poor. We ordered starters and were kept waiting almost 30 min. After that the waiter shows up with the main course. I was confused why main course arrived before starters. The waiter explained to me that since we ordered tikias they will need to wait for the oil to heat up before they can fry (thanks for the cooking lesson!). Since the main course was ready he brought it first. (!!) Now for the food. The Tikia starters were ok. For main course we ordered pasta with pesto sauce. The pesto sauce had a faint flavor of basil. Nothing like pesto sauce at all. Anyhow I suppose we were hungry and it was edible. Pasta came with bread which was the regular toasted bread we get from a roadside chaiwala. Next came Thai green curry and rice. This was a disaster! It was green but NOT Thai green curry. I simply couldnt eat it and also grossed out with such bad taste. So I asked for the check. Now the waiter and manager came and asked what happened. I explained that this did not taste like thai curry. They start arguing and the manager tells me that so many customers have had thai curry and liked it. Then they go ask the chef and come back to tell me that since we asked for less spicy (as in less chillies), the chef had to add cheese to the curry to make it less spicy. Message to the owner: If your chef is adding cheese to thai green curry, for whatever reason, you need a new chef or you need to remove thai food...

Bon Vivant on Gangapur Road is a true culinary gem in Nashik, offering a dining experience that is both refined and memorable. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the restaurant's chic and contemporary ambiance. The decor is a perfect blend of modern elegance and comfort, with soft lighting and tasteful furnishings creating an inviting atmosphere.
The menu at Bon Vivant is a celebration of local and global flavors, crafted with a creative twist that sets it apart from other restaurants in the area. I started with their signature appetizer, a beautifully plated dish that was as delightful to the eyes as it was to the palate. The main course, a fusion of traditional Indian and continental cuisines, was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a testament to the chef's skill and attention to detail.
What truly makes Bon Vivant stand out is the service. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They offered excellent recommendations and ensured that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.
