Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Nashik

Costly, but everyone knows cafe coffee day is costly.

Can work on interior a little bit, not too elegant.

Taste is awesome. Can work on quantity of food, means we are paying so much for a cheese toast, atleast there should be two toasts or so 🙈

I gave 3 star just because they took 500 note from me on counter and because he didn't have change, said that he will return 30 rupees in some time...we were getting out, still he didn't give back the change. I remembered, so I went and asked.

But i think, it's a bad customer service experience - they should remember and return. Rather than keeping change like this, they can ask for tip for better service.

The original coffee place, now it also offers a whole bunch of snacks and quick bites. Also has other products like fruit juices and they sell a whole bunch of Merchandise which is really cool. The workers dont onow what a lot of itmes are (e.g. I asked them what was in a iced coffee and the usher didn't know what were the ingredients) the main worker/manager is the only person who knows. The staff here are in serious need of training! They provided us with an incorrect total, overcharging by 400 rupees. After the payment was completed, they admitted their mistake, but when we requested to cancel the UPI transaction, the lady refused! Instead, she suggested we must purchase something for 940 rupees and then pay separately again for our original order. This behavior was outright rude and unacceptable!

I urge everyone to reconsider visiting this place. The staff lacks...
