Unacceptable Experience: Cockroach in Coffee!

I'm still shaken as I write this review. My visit to Cafe Express on 05th Oct 24 was a shocking disappointment. The coffee shop's ambiance and service were decent, but the horrifying discovery in my coffee made up for all the negatives.

The Incident:

After ordering a simple Hot Coffee .I took a few sips before noticing something disturbing floating in my cup. To my disgust, it was a COCKROACH! I immediately lost my appetite and felt sick to my stomach.

Cleanliness Concerns:

Finding a cockroach in my coffee raises serious questions about the shop's cleanliness and sanitation standards. If they can't ensure pest control, what else might be compromised?

Recommendation:

Until Cafe Xpress addresses their cleanliness issues and improves staff training, I strongly advise against visiting. There are plenty of other excellent coffee shops in the area that prioritize customer health and satisfaction.

Will I Return?

No. The thought of that cockroach still makes me shudder.

Advice to Management:

Take immediate action to address pest control and cleanliness. Implement quality control measures to prevent similar incidents.

Cafe Xpress holds a special place in my Nashik heart. One of the oldest cafes on College Road, it offers unbeatable value. Their samosa chat is consistently delicious, and the cold coffee hits the spot every time. However, be prepared for crowds and zero seating – grab and go is the name of the game. Location- College Road, One of the best coffees , variety,taste , price, presentation of the coffee (not the tray), staff all are great 👍 I just wish there was space to sit as well. But if you are in Nashik, their coffee is a must👍 I have been visiting them since past 10 years! My kids just love their hot chocolate milk . And we are a fan of their cold coffee and hot coffee.
