Pizza Hut | Metro 99, Nashik — Restaurant in Nashik

Worst food quality ever had and not expected this from such a big brand. Pizza is under cooked and too Greasy (oily) Glasses are not at all cleaned Tables are dirty all food remain are stuck on tables and chairs Leftover plates not taken from tables they were kept as it is on table unless we didn't sit and asked them too clean the table. Cutlery were dirty with food stuck on it. With a whole big menu they only served bigger size pizza's. And even the bottles of ketchup and chilliflex oregano jars were all oily and sticky Water bottles kept on the table were also not cleaned properly all dirty remains and stuck food were there as it is With such a big brand name experience was the worst I think coming next time would make us think 10...

2nd copy of pizza hut outlet. Nashik people might have gotten the habit of eat the quality of pizza they served for years but they should go out and try different outlets with quality food at different location. Then they'll understand what they are being served. This outlet literally gives 2₹ quality stuff out to people. The taste is sooooo different than mumbai outlets.

( Now haters will say "Bro location to location taste vary karta h" )

At every location the costing is same ! So that clearly says that some people are paying same for less quality stuff and some are not. Is this what a brand is ?

They should keep training the staff and check their own...

Note: This review is written after talking to the person from the outlet and trying to get a solution. But, he was not ready for it.

I ordered for zesty paneer pockets and jalapeño poppers. It was NOTHING like mentioned in the description. The paneer pockets filling was completely dry and same was the problem with the poppers. Out of FOUR poppers that came in the parcel, only one had the cheesy sauce in it. Pictures attached for proof. I don't think so I am ever ordering from or going to Pizza hut, at least in Nashik.

Pro tip: PLEASE TRY HAVING "VEG PARCEL" FROM #DOMINOS TO MATCH UP...
