Horrible experience at this place. Starting off with the service. They apparently have a device for diners to call for water, bill and a waiter. Looks fancy but doesn't work.

No staff present on the floor to attend the guests. All seem to be chilling at a counter. Had to get up and ask for water. Water came after 10 minutes without any water glasses.

Food was okay but doesn't justify the price.

1. 270 for a white sauce pasta where it was topped with a sweet cherry. Idk if that's what other guests like, but thats certainly not how it goes. Pasta was bland too and was not of the highest quality.

2. Next thing we ordered was a paneer burger which took about 30 minutes to arrive. My friend ordered a paneer burger which had loads of cheese and an uncooked slice of paneer. RAW. Little efforts could have been made to atleast seer the piece. The burger didn't stay intact and immediately slipped, and it also had cucumbers inside it! It had cheese slice inside that too it wasn't melted. Basically just a burger that was assembled with the ingredients.

3. Charging 170 for a cappuccino and giving a strong instant instant coffee topped with some whipped cream isn't what a cappuccino is. The worst part is it was topped with chocolate syrup! Why would you do that to a coffee and call it cappuccino and charge the amount for it.

4. cheesy tandoori fries were good👍🏽

The orders together took about an hour to arrive with only 3 tables occupied of the place.

While someone who doesn't have much knowledge about the food may be okay with the quality. Forr someone who's really looking to eat 'authentic' food, this may not be suitable

Service however needs real consideration and it isn't fair to just let people sit there and figure things...

Charlie's Deck is one of the best rooftop cafe that I've visited in Nashik. It has an amazing vibe. As I visited during sunset, I got to experience mesmerizingly stunning sunset views from the rooftop. They also have various games to play as well as a good books collection. Jenga is really a fun game to play if you are here with your squad.

They also take bookings for birthdays. We celebrated one of our friends birthdays here and they beautifully decorated the dome for us. If you are planning to celebrate birthday in a cafe I would highly recommend to celebrate it here as they decorate the dome for birthdays which is a very unique compared to other cafes decorations.

Coming to the food I tried their Sizzler, Sandwiches and Shake. The Pasta Sizzler was really great, was a combination of white sauce pasta with garlic bread alongside sauted veggies. Brownie Shake was perfectly chocolaty and decadent.

White Sauce Pasta, Peri Peri Fries & Brownie Shake is a must try.

Had the worst experience at Charlie’s Deck Café. Absolutely zero management and poor service.

Worst Management: My booking was at 12:30 PM, yet the decoration wasn’t ready at all. I specifically requested the middle dome, but they gave us a side one and didn’t even remember the booking details. The dome was not clean, and the decoration was terrible. Even the "Happy Birthday" banner was a previously used one—despite paying ₹1000 for decoration that wasn’t even worth ₹200.

Worst Service: Extremely unresponsive staff—calls weren’t answered at first, Instagram replies were delayed, and reaching them was a struggle. When we asked them to shift the banner to the other side, the staff was arrogant and rudely refused—if we have to do everything ourselves, why are we even paying them?

No Communication & Rude Behavior: Rules were never explained, yet when we burst a popper during cake cutting, the staff shouted at us mid-video, ruining the moment and the entire mood.
