Luxx Hotel Riviera — Hotel in Nashik

We went there to enjoy with family but the hotel seemed to be night mare for us.

When we entered the hotel we found that basic ameinites were missing in the hotel like drinking water, cofee machine or tissues.

We called up the room service and nobody turned up for next 15 mins.The I have to walk down myself to reach the kitchen and take water.

The wooden floor were dam dirty, room full of mosquitoes and rooms were very conjested.

There is no privacy in rooms and all of a sudden at 10 PM, an unkown people started unlocking our room and later they realized that there room were different. This was not all, another family checked in at 11 PM and started shouting at top of their voice. My baby woke up twice becuase of them that let us waken up for the whole night.

The breakfast served was total waste of money since even thr road side food would taste better. only 2 options to eat.

2. bread and one toster which 50 people were sharing.

We hardly could eat there since there were already people fighting to toast their bread and waiting their turns..

whats next!!! Their door lock was in mess and the room was locked from inside and we couldn't open the main door. we had to call the reception twice to explain them that this emergency sitution and we are not calling for fun.

Overall this hotel was most pathetic and disappointing and complete spolier of out trip.. I have never ever book any of the OYO rooms ever in my life. They are...

A family of 4, 2 senior citizens & 2 kids in their twenties, enjoyed a comfortable stay in suit rooms booked through OYO Rooms at Hotel Riviera. Suits are spacious, with some having living rooms & some with galleries. We had 2 rooms, both with living rooms, on the 2nd floor. There isn't a view as such from the hotel rooms, as it is in the city area. Beds are big, rooms are not new, but decently maintained. As for food, we tried Punjabi food, which was decent. Complimentary breakfast must try item is Poha. Anyways, Maharashtra is famous for it's Pohe. Alu parathas are okay. Omlette was good. It's located well, and you'll get most basic city amenities nearby. The highlight is the courteousness of the staff, front staff & service staff, both. Overall, a happy experience for us! And yes, at affordable rates, if booked...

Guys guys guys pls be aware while booking on phone... U will regret booking here the rooms are filthy bathrooms are not cleaned the bedsheets are never changed i guess all brown n sticky washrooms which stink there is dust all over n very very suffocating.... No water bottle, no food available for lunch when we reached at 2:15 pm had to order from zomato... room service is pathetic, switch did not have regulator... They need to close down the hotel i don't think they can match up .. past so many months they claim to be under renovation which is not seen.... I read the reviews about room under renovation thought abhi hogaya hoga so had called n the manager claimed that the room they give will be going .. but sad part we had a terrible...
