No change in the Zombie like behavior of the manager and the lackadaisical attitude of the waiters. They don't even offer you water and one has to ask for it again and again! Food and Ambience is good. Service is also nice. Not much in starters especially complementing to drinks. Washroom is small and unclean. Spacious car parking present. Pricing is bit on the higher side ₹₹₹. Food taste is satisfactory. Quantity and hygiene is good.

The staff working in this restaurant needs to learn hospitality.

Being rude to customers give them the worst experience of the restaurant, no matter the taste of food being good or not.

I like the staff working at IRA Hotel and Makebo.

But I have the WORST experience in CROSSROADS only because of the staff, no wonder this restaurant hardly has any guests...

Worst experience ever in a restaurant by the serving staff. Just to be specific captain ( AMIT ) doesn't even have minimum decency to speak with guest. Being first & only point of contact ( AMIT ) should learn some manners. Can't rate food as i didn't get a...
