Visited this restaurant on Wednesday. The only lift in the building was not working so the whole family had to climb few flights of stairs. Nice work out. On entrance (the bar) no host/hostess to welcome guest. Staff was busy with other customers so we waited 7-8 for someone to attend us. Ordered a chicken platter (Rs.999) for the family, we don't like white marination kebab so asked for a change however that request was denied. chicken wings were dressed to make it look like drumstick...seriously??The drinks order took another 15 mins to take but got served immediately. Food was served on a nice big platter however quantity of kebabs looked small on that. Hariyali kebab tasted good, seekh kebab were dry and not nice. Staff was poorly dressed wearing chappal. service personnel were not professsional, felt like dhaba staff. For main course we went to roof top restaurant. They had about 4 tables going on. No welcome again. My wife ordered a fusion mexican platter (Rs 699), daughter wanted a Fussili pasta with cherry tomato in cream sauce however it was not available. They just didn't seem very confident in offering italian. I ordered a tandoori chicken masala (Rs. 399) with Roti. Fusion platter was truly fusion, I have no idea what they fused together. Especially the mexican part. No condiments served with either of the dishes, When requested- few slices on onion & lemon served on a quarter plate. Chicken tandoori masala was served in a creamy makhani gravy, did not expect that. It looked more like butter chicken. Rotis were warm at the best. Water by TATA for Rs. 39 per bottle.

Overall an Ok experience. I felt food was way too expensive, drinks even worst. I think they wanted to make it ultra premium place however thats not the feeling one gets after spending time their. In addition they charge a 7% service charge + 5% GST, so a total of 12% on top of the menu displayed prices as price on menu is not inclusive of GST.

Tables, chairs, crockery, glassware don't make places premium. Surely they are part of experience but not the core of it. They need a professional service team for sure. Food prices to go down by atleast 20% to match the experience they...
