Greenyard Family Diner — Restaurant in Nashik

Though the ambience is good and also the food, but certain issues definitely require immediate improvement. Firstly the hygiene and cleanliness of waiters. They are just locally hired boys with no semblance in their dress. A good nest and clean dress with proper shoes adds value to the name of the restaurant. Secondly, the kitchen and the cooking area as seen from outside needs improvement in terms of hygiene and use of proper clean cooking surface and utensils. I didn't understood as to why so much of open boozing and hookah culture is there in this restaurant. The owner should control and monitor the behaviour of such high boozing customers. Food charges are high for some dishes. This is the first restaurant I have seen which charges for extra schezwan sauce. An overall improvement is required in the entire system. I am sure the owner will take of this.

The place was fantastic it was like too much good for family,friends, couples and for office parties the way staff treat it was full of happy and happening so for me it was too good I'll give 5 star ⭐ for those things.

Now the worst thing there was a open place to sit and dine any customer request you to arrange the table we will pay extra cost to sit and dine then manager have to arrange it, when I visit there was total empty place and i request him but he refused so this thing stop your customer foot fall to your hotel.

The way the manager or the guy who stands on counter (I think he was manager) who treat us like we are slaves I think he have to take some lessons of hospitality

Excellent ambience. The restaurent is little outside the city which gives a relaxing dining experience. Overall food situation is average at its best. Chicken tandoori, mushroom starters were delicious and well cooked. Chicken malvani didn't even have malvani masalas or fresh coconut in it. It had a taste of Indian Chinese ingredients to it. Butter chicken was below average. Too sweet and salty. Paneer straters were good. Butter Naan was tasty but at the same time the garlic naan wasn't. Confusing! Service is quick. Tried to give a feedback about food but the management did not recieve it well. Hope the food quality...
