"I recently stayed in what was supposed to be the hotel’s top-tier room, expecting a comfortable, well-equipped experience, but I encountered the opposite. To begin with, their website misleadingly advertises a rooftop restaurant, which no longer exists. Instead, guests are directed to order from Swiggy or Zomato.
The cleanliness standards are severely lacking – it felt like a paradise for cockroaches, which seemed to be everywhere. As for the bathroom, there’s a serious drainage issue around the washbasin, leaving water pooling on the floor to the point that even with slippers on, your feet are soaked.
The lighting situation was another nuisance. The room has 13 lights but only 2 switches to control them, so you’re either in complete darkness or blinding brightness, like you’re standing under the sun. In the bathroom, while there’s a bucket and mug along with the shower, there’s no stool, which could be an inconvenience for some. Additionally, the so-called ‘toiletries’ consisted of only a hand wash and shower gel – no shampoo, lotion, or other basics you'd expect in a premium room.
Finally, it’s worth noting that after my stay, the hotel requested a positive review. This explains the misleading recommendations that convinced me to book in the first place. We recently stayed here and unfortunately, had a very bad experience. After 5 hours of checking in we were informed that we were being charged extra. We were surprised as we had already paid the full tariff/ amount upon booking and it was not mentioned to us.
The hotel staff and owner were not willing to find a solution and were only focused on making us pay the difference. The owner was unprofessional and dismissive of our concerns. He was unwilling to listen to any complaints or issues we had and at a point he even said that he had other important guests to attend and our problem was not his concern. So unfortunately, we left the hotel midnight without any proper solution or refund. This whole experience, the extra charges and the way they handled the situation left a sour taste in our mouth.
The room itself was decent but nothing special. It was clean but they did not provide us any toiletries not even a hand wash.
The location of the hotel was okay but the poor customer service, lack of communication amongst the staff, and the constant attempt to charge extra made for an overall unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I would advise others to be cautious when booking...

Very bad experience. We extended the stay with them and paid the full charges upfront during the day. The management then called us in the night to pay extra for guests we already paid for. We spoke to several different people as no one provided any solution as to why they're asking for more money after completing all the formalities. Then finally we spoke to the owner who was extremely rude and treated us very badly. He attended to other guests, calling them 'important' and completely ignored us. At 10:30 in the night, we left the hotel without any refund or proper solution.
They were charging us 2000 extra, in the night time after we already completed the payment and extended with them during the day itself.
This is the first time a hotel management (the owner himself) has treated us so badly. I would have given zero stars for hospitality and services if possible.
