Hotel Pavan — Restaurant in Nashik

I am writing this review for the restaurant. We ordered the food from this hotel which included curry of Sev, jeera rice, aloo paratha, dal and chapati and below the feedback for all items - Sev curry - firstly they forgot to put sev in the curry and after following up they brought it separately in a packet. The curry itself was not good in taste and looked stale

Aloo paratha - it was cooked with all purpose floor (maida) with very less stuffing. It was not completely cooked as well so we were not able to eat that as well

Chapati - those were made with half maida which made it stretchy

Jeera rice - after looking carefully we found that rice was rotten as it had weevils (small black insects) in it. The whole rice was spoiled and we did not even dare to touch that. Anyone can die if it had been eaten by mistake considering it as jeera

After receiving such quality of food after paying almost 1500, when we complained about the food, they were not ready to refund the money but somehow we manage to take partial refund.

Even you are planning to stay here, please don't consider to eat at their restaurant. Not recommended at all to consider this restaurant to have your meals here. Pathetic...

So The smart thing they have done in this hotel is that.. the bar.. veg restaurant and veg non veg restaurant.. are all at one place..

So this way you cannot really blame what's wrong.. because someone may give 5 stars for food or hospitality..

What to do then.. first .. avoid bar at all.. it's too damn costly.. food is not worthy of paying that cost.. and go for veg food at the ground floor hotel.. and for rooms.. don't even think about it... Unless you don't have any brain or whole nearby hotel...

Me and my family has been visiting this hotel since many years it was good due to quick service and taste.This time, We ordered Dosa which was very cold, when asked for that the waiter told that you will get cold dosa only ,after complaining to Manager who was very professional he asked waiter to replace it. After replacing it... When we where eating the waiter again came and started Justifiying that there are many orders the dosa got cold as it was made early and in other hotels also you will get...
