I ordered , "tika shika" on my first visit. It was awful as much as how appreciated was the Man O Man ordered by my husband that arrived decorated with imported good quality prosciutto ham. As the options of western food restuarents are fairly none in the city, my husband insisted the following week to have a , takeaway of the same pizza from the shop. They made him.wait more than 20 min and were ready to hand him a pizza without the prosciutto ham. This pizza is charged at around 1200 INR just because of the dried imported meat . If one doesn't has that particular ingredient, the customer should be informed before handing over the order or the restuarator should ethically apologise and reduce the bill. On the contrary the , " impolite, loud manager " argues defying the cheating when my husband discovers the pizza being made and packed without the ham. We cancelled the order and got back our refund. Moral of the story : check out your " takeaway ". A nasty loud manager and a good pizza at the restuarent doesn't means you will not be duped...

The food, the service, the ambience are really bad and ESPECIALLY THE OWNER VANDAN AND HIS WIFE are the worst people I have EVER met in hospitalilty. They are LITERALLY SUPER RUDE, can't keep track of an agreed upon event and making it look as if he was doing a favour by hosting us. While discussing, Vandan literally requested me to postpone my event time by an hour, which I did, and then denied agreeing upon the event altogether on the spot, DESPITE POSTING ABOUT IT ON MELBA'S INSTA. NOT COOPERATIVE AT ALL, Vandan LITERALLY STARTED SHOUTING AT ME AND MY GROUP FOR A BILLING MISTAKE THEY MADE. His Staff cancelled on him last minute, didn't show up for the committment Melba had made, and the owner Vandan was absolutely out of control and was literally lashing out on us. The owner was not even willing to have a conversation about the events that took place, he was simply SHOUTING. Vandan misbehaved with my guests as well, that too big time....
