I recently visited Pizza Burst, a restaurant known for offering unlimited pizza, and I had a mixed experience.

I am getting forced (by choice!) to give 5 stars to all areas, very nice - food, food options, seating arrangement, location, service, there is hardly anything you would want to improve. Just one bothering point could be that getting proper four wheeler parking outside the restaurant. But whenever we have visited this place we got it easily. But I think during rush hour you might struggle a bit (this is just my anticipation and not an experience). With Unlimited options you get unlimited starter salads, which are just awesome including surprising elements, better you experience and taste on your own. Their serving pattern is also good, you start with starters and they ask you for your choice of soup from two options mainly tomato and manchurian soup. Then once you finish eating unlimited salads/starters you have to ask them to serve pizzas, they start with multiple rounds, you can have whatever you like, along with this they will serve you one glass of cold drink either coke or thumbs up. Once you are done with pizzas you can get dessert, brownie with vanilla scoop. Here items like, soup, coke, dessert is one time rest is unlimited. am writing to express my disappointment with the service I experienced during my recent visit to your outlet NASHIK, gangapur rd , maharashtra 422005 on 13 dec 2024 : time 9:20 pm. Me and my wife seating on the right side of billing counter. Manager name - Ram Gupta.

Firstly, the service staff provided us with the bill even before we had finished our meal. This action made us feel rushed and unwelcome, as if we were being pressured to leave quickly. Such behavior detracts from the dining experience and goes against the principles of good customer service.

Secondly, we had to wait for over 20 minutes for a Margherita pizza to be served. While we understand that delays can sometimes occur during busy periods, there was no communication or apology from the staff regarding the delay. This lack of attention and care was disappointing.

I have always enjoyed the quality of your food, and that’s why I chose to dine at Pizza Burst. However, the service we experienced this time did not meet the standards I have come to expect.
