Delightful taste at such remote outlet.
I was looking for soul taste and something wow factor as a Misal Lover, any visit to Nasik is incomplete unless I try local food.
This time soham. Very tiny outlet run by dedicated family offers one of the off beat taste. Complete family is engaged in preparation, serving and customer feedback, each item is freshly prepared, served with very polite and personalized attention. Each small instructions was taken care although all tables are occupied in no time and parcels are in queue too..! Generally we are sceptical for hygiene and cleanliness at small outlet but this place is clean, shiny and tidy shows commitment of the owners towards serving quality with hygiene.
Now food in detail: Misal: combination of specially spiced curry, Matki, green pease and Chana sprouts (plateful quantity please see photo), 2 types of shev (both non spicy to balance the curry). Papad and small portion of curd.
You will get unlimited serving of curry, onion, lemon. If you are still not satisfied, you can order additional Shev and increase the portion.
I would like to highlight Pav in NASIK, I tried couple of places the Pav is big sized freshly prepared and have nice bread aroma unlike tiny Pav loaded of margarine we get in Pune.
The spice level is high but it gives slow kick and you can feel the flavor for a long time.
Also they offer take away in container and quantity in take away is almost sufficient for 2.
All the best to family and must visit place in my calendar. Do try you...
Read moreYet another great misal pav addition to Nashik's huge list! Soham misal serves you the most homely misal I've ever had. Non Spicy but tasty flavour, the misal had a good quantity too. The Paav, bread served with it is obviously outsourced but is of good quality. The misal sure has a scope of improvement but still it's not that bad at all! This must try spot, which is a bit far away from city can make your Sunday perfect! About the place, the ambience is like any another dabha type. The service is good, and the prices are reasonable as well! So, concluding, give a visit to this...
