The Smoked Vine — Restaurant in Nashik

NOT WORTH IT‼️

So three of us friends went to try this new place in Nashik located in Radisson Blu, Nashik without any prior reservation. The girl at the reception was polite.

A waiting time of 20-30 mins was requested by the staff and we waited too. After an hour they let us in after enquiring multiple times. (All the time when we waited outside the restaurant, people just kept trickling and going inside wherein NANCY & ASHWINI kept telling us to wait more and more)

Notwithstanding the horrible waiting experience, we went inside to try the buffet and here are some genuine ratings:

a) Food - 1/5 (Not much of variety and food is either too bland or too salty. We could not even have a single dessert)

b) Service - 2/5 (I visited the live chat counter and the person was missing, so the other chef who was on pani puri offered to serve it on table after a while. Nobody turned even after requesting 3 times)

c) Ambience - 3/5 (The place was too crowded to my surprise. All the people staying in Radisson Blu might have crashed at the same time)

d) Value for money - 1/5

Not Recommended Happy...

My recent visit to The Smoked Vine left me thoroughly impressed with its fantastic ambience, excellent service, and delicious food offerings. The hotel and restaurant exude a charming atmosphere that sets the perfect tone for a memorable dining experience.

The staff at The Smoked Vine are truly exceptional, providing attentive and courteous service throughout my time there. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant visit was evident in every interaction.

The food served at The Smoked Vine was delectable, with flavors that delighted the palate. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the variety and spread of vegetarian options. Enhancing the veg offerings with more choices and diversity would further elevate the dining experience for all guests.

Despite this minor observation, my overall experience at The Smoked Vine was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic dining experience in a captivating ambience.

BUFFET

Having been greeted courteously by the Staff at the entrance and admiring the awesome ambience of the Hotel, we were excited to proceed to the 'Smoked Vine' restaurant. We were sort of shocked to learn that our booking for a table had been cancelled without any intimation for a delay of 10 minutes. While we appreciate the Sunday rush for the Buffet, the Staff could have cautioned about the SOP for cancellation. Notwithstanding, we were allotted a table after a wait. The buffet was well laid out with a wide-ranging spread. However, the refill system was a spoiler as non-veg utensils were empty. Despite repeated requests, one had to wait for a long time. Though the staff was polite and offered to help, the replenishment could not keep pace with the requirements, thereby resulting in disappointment.
