I ordered a cake 2 days before in advance and was told that I will receive a call an hour before the timing was given but haven't received a call neither got my birthday cake, my elder brother messed in the city for the similar cake but instead he got another cake for me as it was Diwali on that day. Very bad service I received on my birthday and also I ordered chocolate mousse cake which was my wish from long time. I am not giving a single star for service as I am disappointed by this...

I had gifted my husband Pinacolada Cake for his bday last year. It was the worst choice ever made by us.

We wanted to try something new and something awesome and we did ask the the agent at the store to suggest a good cake as we do prefer to have cakes from Radisson Blu and unfortunately they had gone out of stock.

The agent at the store said Pinacolada Cake is one of the best seller cakes. No cake can beat it.
