This is my review after I have visited this place the second time. Ok the first time I went there, this place felt awesome! Atmostphere was good. Food was great and the service was outstanding. The greeter kept coming to our table, and to other patrons as well, and kept asking how was the food and how would you (customer) want to make it better and all. It was nice. But the second time I went there, oh God 😱, it felt sad. I don't know what happened to this place. Food wasn't that good either. And the service was dull. There wasn't even much crowd to begin with. So I can't think of a reason why it sucked. The ambience was still good. But it still felt like, forever, eating food there. It should not feel like that when eating out. Each day's menu is different than the last day's. So maybe the menu sucked for this day? They bring out birthday cakes on request. And the waiters sing with. So that's nice as well. This place is very clean; tables, floor dishes, napkins. All clean. The AC temperature is just right. But when seating at full capacity it could get a little hot. Sweaty hot. Yeah. The food course starts with the waiters serving you, 5-6 each customer chosen veg and/or non-veg starters. They ask in the beginning if the table would like to eat veg or non-veg, and its not necessary that the whole table has to stick to one kind of food. If someone wants veg and some don't they can choose to do so. They even have different plate markings denoting veg and non-veg patrons. 😒. They keep serving the starters, in a cycle, until we tell them to stop. We then move to the main course. It's a self-service buffet. Which I think is ridiculous. Now why would I want to get up for main course when starters were brought to me? Desserts are laid out in another section, you also get them buffet style. Food is expensive if you think it is expensive. Our table of 6 raked up ₹6500, and three of us eat to fill, and not eat to feel. Get it? So it's was quite cost effective I think. In the end they give you a questionnaire to fill up, a customer satisfaction survey if you will, asking your opinion on various things like ambience, food quality, service, etc. You score then using a smiley face system. Frowning smiley is bad and happy smiley is good. 😒. I don't think that they link this survey to you. Like next time you come in, this pops up and the servers now know what you didn't like about this place last time. Nothing like that. I wouldn't recommended this place now that its going down hill. But if you have nowhere else to go then this place...

So,sorry to say but it was a worst experience and last visit to BBQ.

Just to have good moment.I visited to BBQ Nation with my family on 25 June 2021 after a long gap due to lockdown. We we're so excited to got the chance to try out again our favorite variety of dishes. We entered in BBQ Nation, Nerul then surprised to see that there was no chaat counter and they haven't informed earlier, less number of food variety, dessert converted into tiny shape. I ignored all this thing and straight ly ordered our favorite grilled prawns but they brought stale aalo tikki which was worst. I called manager and informed about that he apologizes.later again I ordered actually we all ordered grilled prawns but they brought conjuring potato( totally different with low mayo ugly dish) , grilled chicken (stale) , bassa fish,chicken leg, chicken crispy which we were totally not interested. I don't know but they are reluctant to offer prawns but finally after long wait they brought under cooked tasteless prawns which we all forcefully had it. So, I thought to go out of menu and order something different then I ordered conjuring prawns and I waited almost 45 minutes and they come up with 5 prawns with undercooked coating and rubbish taste. In between I had salad but that was a limited variety so literally I was searching what to have finally I got mutton dish surprisingly that was good. Very honest I had only mutton dish then I realised for this I came to BBQ. Later, I ordered Kulfi but khoya in that totally staled and bubbly foam on top which was totally disgusting.

Very honest I liked only sweet wordings and respect of staff apart from that food was totally below of our expectations.

Its my review on Barbeque Nation nerul Its bang on the palm beach road so very easy to reach very convenient location It serves buffet veg and non-veg both have a amazing variety and great spread The bbq grill is put on the table itself and the starters are served on the table , keep on the live grill and can be eaten super hot They serve alcohol and mock tails also but charged separately (not included in the buffet)

For starters we had live chat counters which includes Pani puri and Sev Puri. For veg Crispy Corn, Paneer Tikka, Grilled Mushrooms, Grilled Pineapple, live chat counters which includes Pani puri and Sev Puri. For non veg chicken Tikka , chicken tangdi, Lamb seekh kabab, fish koliwala, Fish tikka (basa fish) and the best prawns not to be missed. and full spread of main course veg and non veg I tried butter chicken, rara gosht and chicken biryani For deserts pastries, gulab jamun, custard, brownies, kulfi, falooda and ice creams. And a kulfi live counter We opted for a mix kulfi falooda which had Malai , pan ,kesar kulfi topped with sabja , rabdi and rose flavor (was the best)

The whole experience was great and loved the place and the staff The best was the all of the staff was very helpful and everything is served generously and were ready to take special requests and serve special items also.
