Hotel The Food Way in Nerul is a popular dining spot, particularly known for its lively ambiance and delicious food. However, the place is almost always crowded, mostly with a Muslim clientele, which adds to the vibrant atmosphere but also means it can get quite packed and noisy. On our visit, we arrived late and were informed that only Chinese dishes and kababs were available. We started with lollipop chicken, malai kabab, and manchow soup. The lollipop chicken was exceptional, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The malai kabab, while good, felt like it was missing something in terms of flavor. The manchow soup was hearty and flavorful, making for a good start to our meal. For the main course, we opted for the Foodway Special Chicken Manchurian Rice and Chicken Triple Fried Rice. The Chicken Triple Fried Rice was particularly impressive, with a perfect blend of spices and a generous portion of chicken. The Foodway Special Chicken Manchurian Rice was also satisfying, offering a unique taste that stood out. We also tried the palak paneer with naan bread. The palak paneer was just average and didn't leave a lasting impression. The major downside of The Food Way is the overwhelming crowd, which leads to slower service and a lot of hustle and bustle. The waitstaff, though friendly, seemed overworked and less attentive due to the sheer number of diners. Despite these issues, Hotel The Food Way is an excellent choice for those seeking delicious kababs and Arabic non-vegetarian food at a reasonable price. The food quality, especially the kababs and Chinese dishes, is commendable. While the overall experience was just okay due to the crowded environment and service delays, the food makes it worth a visit. If you can overlook the hustle, you'll likely enjoy a flavorful and satisfying meal here. Foodway In Family Restaurant is a nice spot if you’re looking for a clean, family-friendly place with good food at reasonable prices. The menu has a mix of North Indian, Chinese, and tandoor items, so there’s plenty to choose from. We tried their paneer handi, butter naan, and chicken crispy—everything was tasty, served hot, and portions were generous. The ambience is simple but comfortable, with enough seating for families and groups. It’s not fancy, but it feels homely and welcoming. Service was polite and fairly quick, though during peak hours you might have to wait a bit longer for your food. Prices are pocket-friendly considering the quality and quantity, which makes it a good value-for-money restaurant. The only small downside is that some gravies are a little oily, and the place can get noisy when it’s crowded. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. It’s a reliable family restaurant where you’ll get tasty food without burning a hole in your pocket. Not fine dining, but definitely a solid option for a casual meal with family or friends.

I’ve been there in Ramadan. I must tell you I didn’t like it much. Various reasons, 1) They asked us to wait for 1 hr 2) after 1 hr when we get seat to eat the service was soo slow that unfortunately I had to leave, 3) No proper management, 4) So much crowd. When we order various starter they serve us after 45 min and after serving starter we still have to wait for another 45min for main course after main course still 30 min wait for desert. We have been there around 6.30pm and had done around 10pm. So much time waste in serving. Taste also not that up to mark. Only khaao and kaam chalao type. Not enjoying meal nor the meal was tasty. I only feel pity for the staff. Waiter are working soo hard so hard that by seeing them you can say to the management to increasing the waiters volume. They dont even get a time to break a fast. Constantly working. Sirf paise hi mat kamaoo thoda apne workers ka b socho.

My recent experience at Foodway Inn was nothing short of a frustrating and disheartening affair. The restaurant demonstrated a severe lack of capacity management, leading to an overcrowded and chaotic environment. It was clear that they prioritized filling every available seat rather than ensuring a comfortable dining experience for their customers.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a disorganized scene, as the restaurant was bursting at the seams with customers. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle the influx of diners. Despite the obvious lack of capacity, they continued to accept more patrons, exacerbating an already dire situation. The cramped seating arrangement made it difficult to move, let alone enjoy a meal in peace.

To make matters worse, the service was painfully slow. Each order took an excruciatingly long time to arrive at the table, averaging between 25 to 30 minutes. It was evident that the kitchen was struggling to keep up with the demand, resulting in lengthy delays. This prolonged waiting period only heightened the sense of frustration and impatience among the already disgruntled customers.

Unfortunately, the disappointment did not end with the waiting time. When the food finally arrived, it was far from satisfactory. Every item on our table seemed to have some issue, whether it was an ingredient missing from the dish or an excess of another element. The flavors were unbalanced, leaving a lingering sense of dissatisfaction with each bite. It was clear that attention to detail and quality control were sorely lacking in the kitchen.

Given the extended waiting period and the subpar taste of the food, it became apparent that the restaurant's staff were ill-prepared and untrained to handle the volume of customers they were accepting. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and care for the dining experience of their patrons.

In conclusion, my encounter with Foodway Inn was a deeply frustrating one. Their inability to manage their capacity, combined with the agonizingly long waiting times and subpar food quality, made for an entirely unsatisfactory dining experience. I would caution anyone considering dining at this establishment to proceed with extreme caution or, better yet, explore alternative options that value their customers and prioritize the quality of...
