Chinese Wok — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Visited Chinese Wok (चाईनीज़ वोक) on 11th June 2025 around 7 PM, located at Shop no. 8 & 9, Tower A & B, Bhoomi Paradise, Sector 11, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. I went specifically because it was a Wednesday and they had the BOGO offer (Buy One Get One Free). I ordered two half Hakka noodles (500ml tubs).

However, the experience wasn’t very smooth. Initially, the staff seemed unaware of the offer. When I asked about it, there was some confusion and only after repeating the query did they acknowledge it, saying it’s applicable only on half 500ml tubs.

I then asked if Swiggy Dineout payment was accepted (since the place is listed there). Again, the staff looked completely clueless. Eventually, they agreed and told me the total bill was ₹209, which after a 20% Dineout discount came down to ₹168.

Even after payment, I had to explain the process to them and remind them to take a screenshot. Later they said the payment didn’t go through and that I may have scanned the wrong code. It took over 35-40 minutes to clarify the payment, and only then they started preparing the food. I finally received the order at 7:55 PM, almost an hour later.

The food was okay, no complaints on that front. But the sitting area is cramped, poorly ventilated, and the tables were not clean. I really feel that at least one staff member should be well-trained in digital payments, current offers, and app-based deals like Swiggy, Dineout, and Magicpin.

Parking for two-wheelers is available, but I’m unsure about four-wheelers.

The place was steaming hot. The employee refused to give the menu despite having an eating area provided. And when asked to turn on the ac, the employee said it doesn't work despite it looking like new

Update on 17.07.2024 Manager of the place - abhisek (on his name plate) asked us to stay in queue for the menu of the place since they only have 1 menu. The least u can expect is 4 menu if 4 serving tables are there. If wok does not have the budget to keep the menu cards for sanpada outlet, i can donate some funds to arrange 3 more menu card....

One of my favourites for Chinese combos. Food quality nd taste is too good. Hassle free and quick service. Sorted menu to choose from. It costs around 150-200 per person.
