Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Never Ordering Again!

I ordered a Dal Bati Litti Chokha Meal and 3 Ghee Phulkas from Dadi Ka Khazana (Airoli) through Swiggy, and what I received was shocking and unacceptable.

First, the churma from the Dal Bati meal was missing. When I opened the food, the dal itself was spoiled, smelled terrible, and tasted sour. clearly unfit for consumption. Trying to make the best of a bad situation, I avoided the dal and continued with the remaining food, but to my surprise, even the chaas was spoiled and tasted rotten!

Facing three major issues in a single order shows how little this outlet cares about food quality, hygiene, or customer satisfaction. It’s unbelievable that such food is even allowed to be sold and delivered to paying customers.

This was not just disappointing it was unsafe and unhygienic. I completely lost faith in this outlet and would strongly warn others to avoid Dadi Ka Khazana if you care about your health and value for money.

I have already raised this issue with Swiggy, and I sincerely hope strict action is taken against this outlet for serving spoiled and incomplete meals.

During my visit, I savored their aloo paratha, dal chawal, and gulab jamun, each dish surpassing expectations. The aloo paratha was perfectly cooked, the dal chawal comforting and flavorful, and the gulab jamun provided a sweet conclusion to the meal. The restaurant is known for its accommodating staff and prompt service, contributing to an enjoyable dining atmosphere. With reasonable prices, Dadi Ka Khazana is a must-visit for those seeking quality vegetarian Indian cuisine...

Very disappointing experience at Dadi Ka Khazana, Airoli. I visited twice and both times had to leave because there was "no space" — even though it clearly showed open on Google till 11:30 PM. I reached around 11 PM and the staff rudely said "table band ho gaya" without any explanation or courtesy.

The staff seriously lacks basic manners and customer service skills. Their attitude is very unprofessional — as if they don’t care whether customers come or not. Totally unacceptable behavior. Not coming back again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent...
