Potoba Fast Food — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

A friend recommended this place after which I had visited couple of times. Recently when I visited the place, prices of all the food items were suddenly hiked by 50-60%. Murg Mussalam normally ranges between 450-600 at Nerul doesn't matter in which restaurant you're dining. Bill came out to 750-800, when I was making the payment I grabbed the menu at the counter to check the price. It had a different price, I checked the laminated menu it had a different price, I tried to check another menu at the billing counter and the guy hesitated and took the menu away. Reasonable prices was one of the USP of this place because it's really pathetic in terms of hygiene and service. Sure the food is goo but if you charge double the amount of dish it's not worth it. The waiter service was very poor, when we said we want to use the magic pin he just neglected us , we had to ask for the menu for almost 4 - 5 times , we ordered starter and main course, we ate our main course and still the starter didn't come, when we wanted to order cold drinks he just refuse to listen , even we raised our voice to call him, and we can understand if the place was crowded , but there were not many customers, and he was just cleaning menu , we said to cancel our starter when we were having our main course , when we were paying our bill ,he said your starter is ready take it home , even we said to cancel it. The experience was very poor , the other customers who came after us were getting orders before us, the owner was not there or else we would have...

I wish i could have enough time to file charges against this person, he refuse to give me salads which was included in menu which i was ordered then he stared shouting and behave pathetically with me he was getting physically with me even i were okay to pay extra money for the salad but he make scene at his own restaurant at night and i have to ignore it because i doesn't want to argue with a jerk😡 please don't go dont seat here try to go somewhere around there are so many restaurants around there because the owner is so egoistic and have so kuch ego on his money and popularity so many...
