Continuing our culinary adventure at Kalp, we had the pleasure of trying some of their most popular dishes. For appetizers, we delved into the flavors of Bharwan Mushroom and Naga Fire Wings. The Bharwan Mushroom was a delightful combination of earthy mushrooms stuffed with aromatic spices, while the Naga Fire Wings surprised us with its tantalizing heat and smoky flavor.
Moving on to the mains, we savored the exotic flavors of Khow Suey, a Burmese curry dish that delighted our taste buds with its creamy coconut broth and an array of toppings. The Nasi Goreng, a popular Indonesian fried rice dish, showcased the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors, leaving us wanting more. Unfortunately, our dining experience took a slight downturn when we reached the dessert course. The Tiramisu, while visually appealing, fell short of expectations. The overwhelming taste of coffee made it slightly pungent, detracting from the overall enjoyment.

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting KALP, Airoli and indulging in their exquisite menu offerings. One cocktail that stood out was the "Sex on the Beach." This fruity concoction was a delightful blend of orange and cinnberry flavors, creating a refreshing and tantalizing drink.
Moving on to the appetizers, I couldn't resist trying the "Tandoor Chicken Bomb." This dish was a flavor explosion, with succulent pieces of chicken marinated in aromatic spices and cooked to perfection in a tandoor. The tender and juicy chicken, combined with the smoky flavors from the tandoor, created a mouthwatering experience that left me craving for more.
Next up was the "Peri Peri Paneer Pizza." This unique pizza creation was a delightful fusion of flavors. The combination of spicy peri peri sauce, creamy paneer, and a crispy crust made for a truly satisfying bite. It was a perfect choice for those seeking a vegetarian option with a spicy kick.
For the main course, I opted for the "Chicken Tikka Biryani." This aromatic rice dish was packed with flavors, thanks to the tender chicken tikka pieces and fragrant spices. Every spoonful was a burst of deliciousness, with the perfectly cooked rice and succulent chicken complementing each other beautifully.
The "Paneer Sirka Pyaz" was another standout dish. The soft and creamy paneer was marinated in a tangy and flavorsome sirka pyaz (vinegar and onion) sauce. The combination of the tangy and slightly sweet flavors made this dish a delightful addition to the meal.
To accompany the meal, I enjoyed the "Naan Butter." The naan was soft, fluffy, and generously slathered with butter. It was the perfect accompaniment to the dishes, adding a comforting and buttery texture to each bite.
For dessert, I had the pleasure of indulging in the classic Italian treat, "Tiramisu." The layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, creamy mascarpone cheese, and a hint of cocoa created a heavenly combination. The dessert was beautifully presented and had just the right balance of sweetness...

Terrible Experience – Not Worth It!
Loud music at 0 Degree Space within Kalp completely ruined what should have been a fine dining experience. The bass was so high that our table was literally vibrating!
Kalp is a poorly managed restaurant—they force you to access the menu via a mobile browser, yet the place has terrible network connectivity, at least for Airtel users.
The food was a disaster—the worst Chicken Tikka, burnt garlic, and naan we’ve ever had. Absolutely no taste, just disappointment.
To top it off, they overcharged us—an additional ₹50 for Chicken Tikka was incorrectly added to our bill.
Overpriced, bad food, and a compromised experience. Kalp needs better chefs and a serious management overhaul.
This was my fourth bad experience here. After avoiding it for a year, I gave it another chance, only to find it’s become even worse. Clearly, it’s just a place designed to milk corporate customers rather than serve good food.
I regret not choosing a different restaurant tonight. Avoid Kalp...
