Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Nando’s, Nexus Seawoods – A Must Visit!

We recently visited Nando’s Flame-grilled PERi-PERi Chicken at Nexus Seawoods, Navi Mumbai as a group along with two small kids—and we must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish!

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by MISS NEWME, whose friendliness and gracious hospitality instantly made us feel right at home. Her genuine smile, attentive service, and kind nature created a comforting atmosphere, especially for our little ones. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. If Nando’s is looking to grow stronger and build a loyal customer base, Miss Newme is a true asset to the brand. She is without a doubt highly deserving of a promotion, and we strongly recommend that her incredible service be recognized—people like her make all the difference!

We also want to sincerely appreciate MR. KHRISH, another staff member whose calm and composed demeanor added to the pleasant vibe of the place. His professionalism and polite nature left a lasting impression on all of us.

Now coming to the food—it was simply delicious! The Chicken Burger in particular was a standout—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We can’t stop raving about it and have already recommended it to our friends and family!

Visited Nando’s Flame-Grilled PERi-PERi Chicken today, 7th June 2025, for dinner with a group of 5 friends. The restaurant is located on the second floor of Seawoods Grand Central Mall, Navi Mumbai, and has a vibrant and lively vibe. The place was a little busy but the waiting time wasn’t more than 10-15 minutes, which was manageable.

We ordered a good variety of items — 2 Espetadas (which were juicy and full of flavor), one peri peri cashew chicken with spicy rice, another peri peri cashew spicy rice with paneer, one portion of peri peri chips, and a few side dishes to go along. The total bill came to around ₹4200, which felt fair considering the quality, quantity, and the dining experience.

The main dishes were satisfying, and the rice, sauces, and grilled flavors were absolutely on point. Everything was well-cooked, hot, and tasted fresh. The only small letdown was the peri peri chips — they just had some dry powder sprinkled over them and the taste didn’t really match what we expected. It wasn’t even properly mixed.

Highly disappointed. Ordered 1). Crispy chicken wings. 1/5 The chicken was smelling raw and wasnt coming off the bone. Badly coated and dusted with some spice made no noticeable difference.

2. espetada cheese: 1.5/5 Again the chicken was rubbery and hardly cheese. The tangy taste of marinated sauce was overpowering. The sides were only good that came along with it which were coleslaw and feies that we chose.

3. garlic bread 0.5/5 It was so funny the cheese garlic bread we ordered came as plain garlic garlic bread so we mentioned about cheese! & they had put a cheese slice on top and probably just microwaved and ready. that is there garlic bread ? AV funny unexpected.

4. the peach mocktail: 3/5 It was good fresh may be the only thing we enjoyed was this drink, becoa of lots of ice in it.

Overall portion too less for the price we spent. Definitely will need to visit another restaurant post having meal here to satisfy the soul not just tummy. We felt our dine in experience could have...
