Old Dwarka Pure Vegetarian Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

A good veg option.. it's the original dwarka which was at Nerul station earlier.. but coz of property owner wanted to start his own restaurant.. they have to shift their"Dwarka" to this place.. and they renamed it to "Old Dwarka" where as "Dwarka" at station named as "Dwarka the Original".. but in any ways this Dwarka is much better than the other one in every case.. taste.. service.. quality.. It also has AC option on the 1st floor. You can also book the AC section as small party.. get-together or for small private functions in advance. They also deliver the food for free in nearby localities free of cost. Don't forget to get the delivery menu for same from the hotel. It is just opposite to Nerul station...

I ordered Paneer Chilly and Veg Tawa Pulav from this restaurant via Zomato. However, I only received the Paneer Chilly the Tawa Pulav was missing from the order. When I called the restaurant to report the issue, they claimed the delivery person did not collect the second item. But the delivery agent told me they were only given one item. I also checked the receipt, and it only mentioned Paneer Chilly the Tawa Pulav wasn't listed at all, which means it was never packed.

To make things worse, the response from the restaurant was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. This kind of service is disappointing, and I hope the restaurant takes better care in handling orders and communicating with customers...

Poor Service 😔😔😔😔

We reached there for dinner. Because quality is good and it's regular Hotel for us. But that tyme I'm facing awkward moment with hotel manager (who takes ordered) I've asked to concern person for table dinner and he said wait for 2min and after 5 min still we are there for table waiting and manager trying to seat there another customer. That type i said how much time.. wait or go..he said easily it's your wish.. after waiting and he said rukna hai to ruko nahi to jao..there is no value for regular customer..

Old Dwarka Hotel please avoid this typ of rudely behaviour with customer..
