It's a horrible place. Be careful. Most hostelers are suffering with Dengue and Malaria. Not hygienic. U may lose ur iPhones, laptops and mobiles. Servants doing theft. If u report them, the management argues and may even bang holing u up in a dark room. They operate hostels at Airoli and Kopar Khairane with different names. Check properly. The drinking water that they provide is untreated. Though u find a Eureka Acquaguard installed at the living place, it's useless. Thanks to their efforts, the unit was last serviced 1 YEAR AGO, which many say is true. When asked further, some hostelers said there were many instances of people getting dengue and malaria at his hostels.

Rodents Problem: You have to literally live with rats and bed bugs. The mattresses at his hostels have bed bugs spread fully. Of late, I had been to doctor for diagnosis and had to cough up to Rs 3000 for medicines.

Importantly, they enter the hostel rooms in the broad daylight without knocking the door. They use their spare keys to unlock the door at their will. Further, they open the room when everyone is asleep in the midnight. If asked, the management would say it is as part of a routine check. For students, this is highly insecure. So, there is no privacy.

Also, the management pulls away tube lights, CFL lamps and fans from the respective hostel rooms if somebody in the room unintentionally forgets to switch off lights and fans while leaving out. As a result, by the time u reach the hostel fully tired in the late evening, you find the room pitch dark. If u end up asking why is it so, they would charge u a hefty fine of Rs 500-1000 FOR NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY IN putting off the lights and fans; even if u convince them saying it happened by mistake besides assuring them it wouldn't happen again.

5.Do not put more than 5 pairs in washing machine. If violated by change u have to pay Rs 1000. If u argue on this, ur belongins would be thrown out immediately. If u dare to argue on this, the head of the hostel, a tall and bearded man and his trusted lieutenant (called Suresh- a spineless uneducated fellow), armed with 10-15 workers hole u up in a dark room, typically at the mess near GHANSOLI RAILWAY STATION, and beat u recklessly.

MOST OF THEIR HOSTEL ROOMS IN GHANSOLI, KOPAR KHAIRANE AND AIROLI HAVE LEAKAGE ISSUES DUE TO CONTINUOUS RAINS IN MUMBAI. If you take this problem to the management, they don't even bother to react. There is no proper earthing (ELECTRICITY) in most of his hostels in GHANSOLI. As a result, one of the hosteler recently faced severe current shock and had been hospitalised.

In terms of food I have no problems. It is a 100% ANDHRA FOOD. They also serve Biryani naming it as Hyderabadi Biriyani, but low on taste. The original Hyderabadi Biriyani, which is avlbl at Rs 130-170, is a standard Dum Biriyani, and is mouth-watering.

Keep aside food and its quality, it's equally important that everyone should be able to exercise their freedom and expression.

Maintaining such quality is not an easy task! But how do you it I want to ask!!
