A great, value for money place.

Good - discounts and lower prices everyday. Good for branded food and day to day items. You save 10-20% on the MRP. For items 'buy one, get one free', you can take one piece and they will give 50% discount. No need to unnecessarily buy 2 pieces. You get almost everything under one roof. Another key point is 'discounts with no complex terms and conditions'. No minimum purchase amount needed, no need to use special app wallet etc.. Just plain and simple.

The employees are helpful, but may not be as fluent and 'customer oriented' as big super markets. Most of them are from local vicinity and i see it as a good thing of DMart giving employment to such guys.

It is mostly crowded - it irritates me. But at the same time it shows the people's faith in Dmart. So instead of worrying about it, I go there at off-peak timings.

The aisles are narrow. I would like it little more spaced out. Also the billing counters are narrow and it takes lot of time. But this is the compromise they and we have to take for lower pricing. I find it's ok.

Not very good for fancy shopping. This is for shopping for essential goods.

Few of my friends complain about parking, there is very little space in the basement parking. There is always parking spaces on the road and on the opposite side. You have to walk 50-100m and I am fine with this.

Message: I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your D-Mart store and the way my feedback was handled.

A few days ago, I purchased a shirt worth ₹200 which had a visible stain. When I went for an exchange, your staff initially refused and made me wait around 30 minutes before providing a refund. Later, I purchased another shirt, but the security guard did not allow me to open and check it before billing. After billing, I found another stain on that shirt as well, but this time I was refused a refund entirely.

Due to this incident, I reached my office very late (around 1:40 PM) and had to take a half-day leave. I shared my genuine negative feedback online to help other customers be aware, but to my surprise, my comment was automatically removed without any valid reason. This feels like an attempt to silence genuine customer concerns instead of addressing them.

I request you to:

Take strict action to improve product quality checks and customer service.

Investigate why my review was removed and ensure customer voices are respected.

Respond to this complaint with a resolution plan.

I hope you take this matter seriously to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

I have visited D Mart with my family. Dmart is huge and has almost every thing which we use or need in our daily life but I would still consider buying things from local shops then that of D Mart.

When we visit D Mart we buy things which we don’t need by seeing all those fancy items and end up spending more money when whole purpose of going to D Mart was to save some money.

All available products are good in quality but the discount which they show is just a marketing strategy and we don’t get any real benefits from them.

D Mart as huge parking space and its crowded almost any time of the day. After Goods and service tax the total bill is very high and is not at all worth going so far rather visit local shops...
