Shanghai Restaurant — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

I visited this restaurant many times and every time quality of service become poor and poor. I really regret on my decision of having dinner at this third class restaurant on 20th May 2018. My parents went first and then I joined them. They ordered chicken lollypop and other starters. According to their manu card, they offer 6 pieces of lollypop in one dish whereas we received 5. It was Sunday evening and only 1 waiter was serving to 9-10 tables (earlier 2-3 waiters was there every time). Behaviour of waiter was disgusting and unprofessional. Most of the restaurant serves starters in small plates and main course in bigger plates. This restaurant also have such kind of arrangement but oversmart waiter served starters in bigger plates so he don't need to change plates for main course. When I asked him to change plates, he was trying to convince me to have food in same plates. I raised voice and he changed plates immediately. Food was overpriced and less quantity. After mood spoiling experience, we didn't ordered much and asked for bill. We told about chicken lollypop issue to the lady at billing counter. She laughed and said, can I give you parcel one piece of chicken lollypop?? We said NO then she shamelessly said that next I will give you one extra peace of chicken lollypop. I highly recommend that doesn't visit this restaurant and don't waste your hard earned money for their 3rd...

The food here is not so good. The prices are high and we cant accept very good service here. The waiters are good no doubt but the food taste and quality is not good. We cant get proper icecream or desert here. The icecream i ordered was frozen like brick and old. The noodles were really thin and like net. The sauces in the noodles were very soft and it lacked proper spiciness. I would auggest to not order noodles here. I still want to taste its other items but its not affordable and...

We went there on a evening and it was almost packed on the ground floor. We were asked to go to first floor. So, we went there, it had more seating capacity than on ground floor.

We ordered Tandoori Lollipop and Chicken Triple Schezwan Rice, which took around 30 minutes to get to our tables. We didn't expect this much of delay.

Both the dishes tasted good. But the quality of the food wasn't at par with the price they charged for it.
