This restaurant does not value it and that too it hurts when that is from current generation of owners not managers.
I had ordered Non Veg Family Pack and stuffed Tangri Kebab.
Number of Rotis supplied was 6 while as per menu it says that there will be 8.
Stuffed Tangri Kebab - was smelly as if the chicken was old and rotten.
We had throw to it away because it was difficult to have the rest of food while the pack was there on table. Called back immediately, manager Bunny said he will check and call back. There was no call back. Again called, manager said that he will call back in half an hour - no call back.
I called again after two hours and spoke to owner Tejinder who wanted proof of rotten chicken. He expects me to keep smelly Chicken in my house for four hours!!
And how do I proof the short supply of Rotis....
Asking of proof after a long talk was like devaluing relationship with old customer. Felt so bad that that I cannot ignore this if I want to..... now I know why there is downfall of this restaurant.

However, my last experience was incredibly disappointing. The packaging was terrible, and the butter chicken spilled everywhere, ruining the entire meal.
When I contacted their customer service and provided pictures of the poor packaging, they rudely denied it was their fault and refused to take any responsibility. I couldn't believe how stupid and unprofessional their response was, especially after ordering from the same number for over a year.
