Food was decent, but chicken was hard, usually this happens when old deep frozen stock is used. Quality checks are a must. ⁠Staff is undermanned. Further, they are very reluctant to clear plates from the table, lazy in providing cutlery. We were there for 4 hours, despite repeated requests, we never got fresh quarter plates and forks to eat. ⁠No issues with behaviour, just the manning needs to be increased and service needs to be well curated, there is a huge scope of improvement. The entrance of the cafe seems haunted, more lighting is required. Maintenance needs to be carried out in cafe, half of the bulbs of chandeliers were fused, further this is a fire hazard. This was one of the most disappointing café experiences I've had. The staff, particularly the manager, were unprofessional and unhelpful. Despite service charges being optional in most restaurants, they refused to remove them and responded with unnecessary arguments when asked for clarification.

The ambience and location felt uninviting, and the café was completely empty during my visit—perhaps a reflection of their poor service. It seems they try to make up for the lack of footfall by overcharging the few customers they do get.
