Food: Bland in taste, for example, I had tandoori chaap tikka, there were no flavours no taste. It was just like eating boiled chaap. Sweets are stale and of bad quality. I saw someone found a cockroach in their rasmalai, which by the way is their only sweet which has some taste. Drinks are as bad, mojitos are really bad.

Service: since I live nearby, I had have visited the place a few times. And almost all the times they took wrong orders. They don't know how to bring food, the sequencing and everything. Also if you complain to staff they will gaslight you instead of owing to their mistakes.

Ambience: the place is spacious but not ventilated, some areas have extreme fan air, some areas are humid. Overall a restaurant stuck in a time, doesn't wants to evolve. Probably doesn't cares.

Price: cost is way high for this super deluxe experience as mentioned above. They charge like they are some luxury restaurant while one can get better food and service at some thela outside at the road. At twenty times less of the cost.

As there are so many bad reviews already here, I think they simply do not care. They do not want to listen, even if you complain at the counter. The guy is like a plant, he is just there no reaction just charging the amount. It seems some dark business is going on as they have no concern for customer experience and...

Just wanted to share an experience of fraud here

I have ordered a sweet there which costs 50 rs but by mistake i have put my 4digit upi pin instead of 50 rs as amount and made a payment of approx 9500 rs

The manager of the restaurant was at cashier at that time and he said that he do not have sufficient cash at that time , the owner mohit will make the payment in the morning through UPI

After trusting him i went back to home

From there start the most hectic time for me , i was taking updated from manager regarding the refund, but no luck

Called mohit (owner) infinite but he never picked up my call

And after 5 days he gave me mare 5000 rs as cash and said you can come next day to take payment in cash,,, still he called mohit in the night and he told him he will make payment By upi,,, still no luck of refund.

Adter 7days he did upi to me after deducing approx 600 rs and saying the deduction amount is of gst

Just want to beware of people to such restaurants. I know it-was first my lack of attention that i made a wrong payment but how come when i made payment in front of manager and he knows everything about the incident , still did not helped me , instead torturing me mentally for...

I had visited multiple times in this restaurant food is okay but service is really really bad. They will demand the service charges in the bill even they didn't served you food.if you request them to cancel the service charges they will demand for 500 rupees per hour which has happened to me yesterday & forced me to pay the service charges. I had ordered one dishes which one previously I ordered few days back but they changed the food as per their wishes and demand the money even I spoke to their employee name Mr stayandra singh he said it's not their problem you should return the food even argued with me infront of others staff & my family later he deducted some amount but forced me to pay for service charges which is almost equal to the deducted money.

I keep my mouth shut because I don't want to create any scene infront of others.
