I recently visited the newly opened “Street Arabia - Ganapathy” with the intention of giving it a try, but unfortunately the overall experience turned out to be very disappointing.
• Parking: Right from the start, the experience was unpleasant. The parking attendant asked me to leave my two-wheeler almost 500 meters away, which was quite inconvenient.
• Seating: On reaching the second floor and requesting a table for two, we were first directed to sit right in front of the scorching open kitchen. Only after insisting were we moved inside.
• Service: The server attending to us appeared extremely disinterested and lazy, showing little willingness to even take our order properly. As customers, all we wanted was a decent meal, but the poor attitude really put us off.
• Food: By the time the food arrived, our appetite was already affected by the earlier experiences. Unfortunately, the food itself was quite average and nothing that could make up for the bad start.
• Safety Concern: The worst part came while leaving. We took the lift from the second floor, but on reaching the ground floor, the second door failed to open and the lift switched off. Despite pressing the emergency button, no staff came to assist us, which was both unsafe and unacceptable.
Overall, what was supposed to be a casual dining experience ended up being one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. From parking troubles to poor service, average food, and even safety issues, everything just piled up and left a very...
Read moreA valut parking offered is one of best thing in such a congestion road especially on weekends, still there no designated parking spots for restaurants and it is parked on road sides. Way to first floor and second floor is too congestion only one can walk at one way and other side person should wait till they comes up or down, though lifts are offered- it has some techniques to open/close where many ppl were not aware to operate and opted to walk. In case of any emergency at crowd time it's hard to move on.
Since it weekend, it was a huge rush and they managed seating arrangements, Coming to food honey chicken mandhi, were rice is served unlimited and we have ordered for honey grill which was half cooked. We simply informed to waiter politely and he apologized it happens due to over crowd out of 100 in 1 it happens. We just returned the order and came back. We have tried grill at prozon mall Many times and it was good there.. Still if you want to try this spot you may approach on weekdays, it's not good for weekends or any occasional time!!!
Safety and food both are a...
Read moreThe grilled chicken is cooked to perfection with beautiful char marks that make it visually tempting and flavorful. Each bite is juicy and tender, with the right balance of spices seeping deep into the meat. The smoky aroma from the grill enhances the overall taste, giving it a rustic and earthy character. The outer layer is slightly crisp, while the inside remains soft and succulent, making it a satisfying combination of textures. The seasoning is well-balanced—not too spicy, yet far from bland—allowing the natural flavors of the chicken to shine. Served hot, it pairs wonderfully with rice, bread, or even enjoyed on its own as a standalone dish. The portion size feels generous, making it a hearty and fulfilling option. What stands out most is how the smokiness lingers with every bite, leaving you wanting more. It’s a dish that feels homely yet indulgent, perfect for both casual meals and special cravings. Overall, the grilled chicken delivers a flavorful, wholesome, and...
