Apupa Ganapathy — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Very poor quality products. Please Don't buy here.. They sell old/expired products mixing up with the newly baked. These people started initially serving fresh baked food and the products were okay and overpriced, our mentality of assuming these overpriced products is always high quality, people started buying.. As usual these start up bakeries playing with the health of consumers and they mixup the old products and sell it along with the new one to save the investment loss. These ruthless business minded people are totally not fit for food service. I got Donut for kids , As usually we buy and just give it to kids at home and they open with excitement and have it , the same i did and and once they started having, they were saying they couldn't bite, then we saw that the donut was very old and the bun had become literally hard as a stone with a mold at bottom. Immediately we took it to this Bakery and their answer was very shocking, they casually said it might have got mixed, i asked mixed with what and they say might got mixed with old products.. this is not mixed oversight, they had purposefully mixed it.. while buying i was with the kids and seeing them they have given these to us Very ruthless people..Not even a sorry by these people, will raise a complaint in FS department soon. i have all videos and photos including the response of these people at bakery.. I visited this place with my friends, and the atmosphere was very nice. The shop looks great, just like the ones in the US. Everything, including the service, was excellent. I ordered the Choco Raspberry Banto, and it was absolutely amazing!

I’ve been to many stores before, but I’ve never come across this particular cake. In fact, this Choco Raspberry Banto is available in only a few stores across Tamil Nadu, and this is one of those rare places.

Extremely disappointed with my recent banana walnut cake purchase from Apupa Ganapathy branch. The cake lacked any manufacturing or expiry dates and molded within a day. This has happened previously too - no batch or best before dates on their cakes and breads and I informed this as a concern to the staff. This is a serious health concern and misleading. I shared photos of the spoiled cake with staff of Ganapathy branch but received no response yet.
