I ordered a Chicken Burnt Garlic Soup and got veg one in Zomato. That’s not the problem. The problem is when I called the restaurant ans called the manager, he said he said the kitchen did a mistake and they knew about it, also he said they are out of chicken or something. When I asked what’s the possible remedy now he said just talk to Zomato and resolve it.

1st thing to the manager you are in service industry and to serve is your duty. So choose your words carefully. You can’t be ignorant after doing a mistake. You could have said I will talk to zomato as it’s a mistake from our side, or you could have informed the same earlier to me and canceled the order instead of being ignorant. The manager must learn hospitality.

Update: I ordered the same thing today (08/01) and I got 200ml instead of 350ml. When I asked the reason they were unable to answer anything. You can clearly see the difference in the containers. Soon I am going to take this into consumer court. I guess after that they will be able to answer...

Old Monk Tandoori Chicken

Absolutely fantastic. Well marinated, tender and juicy tandoori chicken. The outsides are soft and grilled to the level that do not make the chicken taste burnt/hard. I had it a while ago in the sky lounge and wanted to have it again at home, was unsure if it would retain the same taste when delivered at home. It tasted really well though.
