I had Chicken Nawabi Biryani here. It was good and spicy as I wanted but would have felt worth the money with better ambience. However, there is nothing to take away from the taste of their biryani. They really do make one of the best biryanis in Rourkela. It doesn't fall under the spotlight as it is not located along the main road. Also, the place is not ideal for a single person to dine at. Do not go by the higher rating, It doesn't deserve this rating, at least for the dishes i have ordered there. Today I visited daawat for lunch and ordered Tandoori Chicken(Half), Roomaali roti and Chicken hyderabadi. They served tandoori chicken first...out of two pieces they served one was half cooked ...informed them....I appreciate that they replaced that with other one...tandoori taste was very bad...it was very dry inside, i feel it should have been tender and juicy inside..roomaali roti was like papad...it was difficult chewing it....Chicken hyderabadi was...

The biryani is one of the best I have had over here. But the other items in the menu were not up par as i expected them to. The chilly chicken was just okay. I was also disappointed with the Chicken 65, as it was upto my expectation. My biggest complaint was the Chicken Sheek Kebab I had ordered. Sorry to say this, but it was the worst kebab I have ever had till date. Even more sadder is the fact that it was in the more costlier items in the whole menu. Felt as if I have wasted my money...
