I ordered two medium-sized cold coffees, expecting a delightful treat. However, I was taken aback when the bill amounted to a steep 352 rupees. What made this even more outrageous was the staggering 27% GST charge, which seemed excessively high compared to standard rates. It's perplexing and disappointing to see such inflated prices for what was supposed to be a simple pleasure.

The shock didn't end with the bill. The quality of the cold coffee itself was mediocre at best. It was a letdown to discover that 70% of the cup was filled with ice, leaving only about 30% for the actual coffee. This ratio severely compromised the taste and overall enjoyment of the drink. It was average in flavor, certainly not justifying the premium price tag.

It's unfortunate to witness such a lack of value for money, especially in a well-known cafe like Frozen Bottle. Customers expect not only delightful flavors but also fair pricing and honest serving practices.

My wife and I visited the shop for the second time for some new taste,but badly disappointed by the lack of knowledge of products of the person attending the counter.There was a shake something called "Oreo brownie cheesecake brownie milkshake".It costed around Rs.215 and after we received it ,the counter boy denied the cheesecake in it.When I asked him he started arguing that it doesn't contain any cheesecake it is just written like that.Stop fooling your customers.What a person will understand by the name of the product.Also he told me rudely that he can't do anything about it.Shame bhai!!!..Itta paisa lene k baad Jo product likhte ho use deliver ni kar pate.Ya to menu card badal do ya fir dhang ka bnda rakhlo jisko knowledge hai ki product...
