Hotel Jhadeswar Pure Veg — Restaurant in Odisha

A very pathetic experience..while I am coming from Bangalore I came to the hotel and asked for food(rice) but they denied for taking order as it is late.then they suggested for tiffin-food items. I agreed and did the same and sat with my own water bottle and paneer chips with dosa of their menu. One of the waiter came and said plz don't use your personal item at our hotel.it is not allowed. Then I explained that the situation is that which food I m demanding that is not available so what if I use my own waterbottle and paneer chips..and I asked number of manager. But he started shouting. That you r violating our norms...how strange...

Then when the turn of paying bill came they told if u need bill(gst) then u have to pay extra.Then I ask to show the GST invoice the show a fake hand written bill. And told in our city this is the original bill...we can't do anything. They don't have the online payment system, they need only cash during the covid-19 pandemic..they r busy is managing their own rules and regulations. They don't care about the government guidelines...no one is wearing mask.. rip for the pathetic condition...rip..plz avoid this...

NO.1 Veg hotel situated in Balasore. It is at walking distance from Railway Station, Balasore.

The NORMAL THALI they provide is just awesome. Moreover they already tagged the photo of full thali in the menu card, that's why the customers can easily find out the contents of the thali actually not asking them. That's why they are ahead of many hotels.

FROM WHAT I SHOULD START? THE PAKORA OF some vegetables they provide it is just wow. The NAN they provide with the thali along with rice made them No.1, the rice was too much tasty. The chatni of Brinjal with some curd is yummy. The DAL and The Roshogolla was so soft.

They charged 5% GST over bill which is ok. Moreover the taste is everything.

The hotel avails AC and Toilet is also there for the customers.

I can't find a single point which can impact negatively. If possible i would put 10 stars. Moreover i will go...

Thanks To The Chefs That They Kept The Restaurant Alive . Other Wise No Doubt The Cashier's Behaviour Would Have Ruined The Restaurant .If You Will Order A Parcel , Then You Will Be Told To Wait Outside .The Cashier Has No Sense Of Talking With Customers . The Restaurant Looks Like A Local Restaurant With No Ambience .You Cant Find A Single Good Place To Click Photos . Our House Looks Better Than It . I Wouldn't Have Any Problem With The Looks If The Price Was Well Set . No Doubt The Food Is Good , But Such Prices Only For The Food Are Not Justified .No Online Payment , Even The Tea Stalls Have Online Payment Now A Days , And Here Comes A Restaurant With No Online Payment . The Only Positive Aspect Of The Restaurant Is The Food And...
