In the heart of Sector-4, Rourkela, one finds a dining establishment of considerable repute, known amongst the discerning gentry as 'Leela'. This culinary haven, a jewel in the crown of the Indian subcontinent's gastronomical landscape, beckons the weary traveller and the epicurean alike with promises of delights both for the palate and the spirit.

Upon entering Leela, one is immediately struck by the establishment's ambiance, which exudes a warmth and elegance reminiscent of the salons frequented by the Victorian elite. The decor, an exquisite tapestry of cultural motifs and artisanal craftsmanship, whispers tales of India's rich and storied past, inviting patrons to partake in an experience that transcends mere dining.

The fare, oh the fare! A symphony of flavors, each dish is a masterful composition that pays homage to the culinary traditions of the Indian subcontinent. The chefs, artisans in their own right, craft each meal with an attention to detail and a reverence for the ingredients that can only be described as a labour of love. From the fiery zest of the tandoori to the subtle nuances of the kormas, each offering is a testament to the rich tapestry of Indian cuisine.

And what of the pecuniary considerations, you ask? Herein lies yet another of Leela's commendable virtues. The establishment, in a gesture of gracious hospitality, has seen fit to price its offerings in a manner that is both fair and accessible, ensuring that the joys of fine dining are not the exclusive preserve of the well-heeled but are within reach of the common man as well.

In summation, Leela stands as a beacon for those in search of culinary excellence, encapsulating the essence of Indian hospitality and gastronomy. It is a sanctuary where the weary can find respite, the joyful can celebrate, and the connoisseur can indulge in the pleasures of the table. In the grand tradition of Victorian epicureanism, Leela is a venue that deserves nothing less than the highest commendation...

Had a pathetic experience at this restaurant. From worst service by the waiters and waitresses to the most unhygienic food...this place deserves even less than a single star from me and my friends who visited yesterday for lunch.Had to call out the waiters 100 times for any of our requirements cause may be they were busy serving the people inside the cabin who were having a bigger party..the waiters were continuously serving them...providing them beer cans or something in a family restaurant...which wasn't any issue ..but the issue was our table wasn't looked after at all...plus the pasta that we ordered had no salt...what kind of chef do you hire who acts so irresponsible...and the two hair strands were also found on chicken tikka kebab...then a housefly was floating on my water glass which cannot be more disgusting...service zero..food zero... hygiene zero...and when we complained to the manager ....the solution he gives us is to come back next time and they're going to treat us well...if you were genuinely sorry and ashamed of whatever inconvenience we had...you would have taken action right there... because as if we are going to visit your restaurant again..never...not even going to recommend to anyone...

One of the leading worst place . First no aircondition was working only few fans were working. Last Sunday 22.5.22 We went at 12.30 when it was vacant and placed order for food. Till 2.30 when only half order was served in phase by phase biriyani could not be served. As if the cook went to purchase ingredients for cooking two plate biriyani. First Roti and Naan was served, then chilli chicken and paneer. Veg jaipuri after that and dal. Ordered onion salad as they do not serve onion with food. They supplied normal salad. Quality of food is average, lots of chilli in all dishes, but price was very high comparable to Mayfair rate. Finally when we could not get biriyani asked the manager who is thoroughly useless to pack it. Imagine went to restaurant on a Sunday and half of people 3 nos could not get any thing to eat. Never ever go to this God forbidden sick place to eat nor order any thing from it online. Near by Notty9 and Madhuban are excellent places to eat and spend time. I fail to understand how people are giving good rating which is grossly misleading. Service poor, waiters are stinking of sweat, environment is worst, only good thing is...

As a regular at Leela Multicuisine Restaurant in Rourkela, I can confidently say it’s one of my go-to spots in town! Located in Sector 4, Railway Colony, this place offers a great mix of North Indian, Chinese, Continental, and South Indian dishes, but the real star for me is their spaghetti. Every time I visit, I find myself ordering it, and it never disappoints. The spaghetti is perfectly cooked—al dente, just the way I like it—with a rich, flavorful sauce that hits all the right spots. Whether it’s their creamy pink sauce pasta or a classic marinara, the flavors are always well-balanced and satisfying. The portion sizes are generous, and the dish feels like a comforting treat every time. I also appreciate how fresh the ingredients taste, which makes a big difference. The ambience at Leela is another highlight. It’s warm, family-friendly, and has a nice, homey vibe that makes it perfect for casual dinners or even small gatherings. The staff is generally attentive, though service can be a bit slow during peak hours. That said, they’re always polite and willing to accommodate requests.

It's fine to eat dinner and lunch out together with family and friends. Food quality needs to be raised. The more the better. Only groups of two or more people can afford the price. The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant are amazing. Also excellent is the staff service. They also include a large common room and a banquet hall. It's beneficial for planning any gathering or party. The former "Standard" restaurant has been transformed into "Leela." The atmosphere is wonderful. Halls and restaurants are top-notch. One of the greatest in Rourkela, undoubtedly. The food's flavour is however average. Make a point of dining at this excellent establishment. Excellent people and exceptional service. The cuisine is outstanding in every way. highly advisable...

I came to my in-laws home here in Rourkela. Me and my wife just came for a evening walk and the lights attracts me to go inside. The ambiance looks good to me. Warming lights and the sitting is very comfortable. Regular water or mineral water is just a normal thing now a days lol. The staff behaviour was great. They even asked, sir the food was okay? I did really liked that line. Everyone should ask about their food. We ordered Pad Thai noodles and Pasta in pesto sauce. Both dishes were good specially pasta. Pad Thai noodles was too spicy. I didn’t saw any veggies in noodles like Bok choy, green onions etc. It was a pleasant experience. I definitely recommend them.
